ASMR Arcade iOS — purchases & restores

The Full Arcade unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. If it doesn't restore automatically after a reinstall or on a new device, look for Restore purchases on the paywall or in Profile.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

ASMR Arcade iOS — troubleshooting

• No sound? Check the app's in-app volume/haptics dial in Profile, and make sure your device isn't in a silent profile that mutes media playback.
• A machine looks or behaves oddly? Force-quit and relaunch the app first — most rendering hiccups are fixed by that.
• Still stuck? Email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll follow up.

Web Arcade (browser games)

The games at asmrarcade.com/play run directly in your browser. They work best on a modern phone, tablet, or desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. If a game feels laggy, try closing other tabs or reloading the page.

Sound in the web games uses your browser's audio. Make sure your device volume is up and the page is not muted.
