Purchases & restores

The Full Arcade unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID (or Google account on Android). If it doesn't restore automatically after a reinstall or on a new device, look for Restore purchases on the paywall or in Profile.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google through the Play Store order history.

Troubleshooting

  • No sound? Check the app's in-app volume/haptics dial in Profile, and make sure your device isn't in a silent profile that mutes media playback.
  • A machine looks or behaves oddly? Force-quit and relaunch the app first — most rendering hiccups are fixed by that.
  • Still stuck? Email us with your device model and iOS/Android version and we'll follow up.
